LCD Strong Solvent

LCD Strong Solvent is a product with several uses. Dissolves finishing layers of leather, can be used to remove color transfer stains that have been transferred to leather. It can also be used to dissolve and soften dried filler so it can be sanded.

Some leather repairs require older layers of paint to be completely removed to achieve a smooth, soft base.

Instructions for use:

1. Always test the product before using.
2. To remove excess filler : apply the product to the filler using soft sandpaper or a cloth. Wait until the filler becomes tacky, then slowly sand off the excess filler.
3. To remove stubborn stains or remove old paint: Clean the leather with LCD Leather Cleaner . Pour some LCD Strong Solvent onto a clean cloth, gently rub the surface and allow the product to work into the top layer. Keep the surface wet and do not rub when it is sticky. It is normal for it to be sticky because it is the top coat being removed and it will disappear after a few minutes. Repeat the process if necessary.

Highly flammable liquid and vapor. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Store in a well-ventilated place.
